Jeff was a lifesaver! Our hot water heater blew out this morning and we were stuck without any hot water. Jeff was able to squeeze us in as an emergency service for a very fair price. Since it was an emergency we didnt have time to order a new boiler. So Jeff actually went to Lowes for us and picked up the new boiler. He did a fantastic quality job removing the old boiler and installing the new one while keeping the area nice and clean. He did all this including the lowes run in about 3 hours! This is a great company and I will definitely be recommending them to others and using their services for other household projects in the future.

I manage a building with 248 apartments. There are times when I just cannot handle every emergency as quickly as I'd like to. In the past I've dealt with many different companies to assist me with clogged toilets, tubs, sinks, backed up drains and main waste lines. I've dealt with all the big name companies and most of the time they've left me and the tenants waiting hours and sometimes a day or 2. Thankfully Nick's sewage and drain was referred by a friend of mine that also runs a building. These guys come quickly work professionally never left a mess and more affordable than everyone else I've dealt with in the past. I really cannot say enough about these guys. I highly recommend them. "Jeff shows up" should be the slogan on their website! We came home after work today (a Friday) to find our sewer line backing up onto the basement floor. We have been through this before, and the last company we used didn't answer our phone call. So we called Nick's Sewage & Drain Cleaning based on the Google reviews and we could not be happier. Jeff was here in an hour (at rush hour...and did I mention it was Friday?), took a quick walk around the basement to assess the situation, and went to work. The only access to the sewer line in our finished basement is through the toilet drain, so I had pulled the toilet and cleared the bathroom before Jeff got here. Jeff dragged the drain cleaner machine downstairs, plugged it in and wrestled about 100 ft. of cable into the sewer line before breaking up the clog and getting the line to drain again. He was done, packed up and back on the road in about 45 minutes. His price was very reasonable (did I MENTION it was Friday at dinnertime??) I have deleted the last company we used from our contacts list. Nick's Sewage & Drain Cleaning is who we will call from now on. Thanks, Jeff! 👍👍👍

With the camera was able to show how the cause of my problem was due to a collapsed pipe under the town street Very honest and at a reasonable price. I am so glad I trusted Jeff with this project. Jeff and his team initially came out to replace a sewer trap and they discovered a major issue with the line (he was upfront with the possibility of finding more issues once they dig down and sure enough there was a severe back pitch in the line). He provided a clear explanation of his diagnosis of why I was constantly having back ups and his proposal to fix it. They came out a few days later to replace/correct the line under the basement concrete slab. I really couldn't be happier with this experience so thank you Jeff!

Jeff is great and I am very pleased with his work! I contacted him for a toilet replacement job. Unfortunately, the toilet that I purchased did not fit! Bummer! But Jeff gave me some suggestions and even helped me by picking up the correct piece from the hardware store because I don’t have a car. He was able to do the job the same day and I ended up asking him to change the toilet that I have on the second floor because the one that I bought actually fits up there. 2 toilet replaced in a jiffy! Professional at a very reasonable price! Called a couple of numbers and asked for estimate to fix my toilet in the basement – prices were unbelievable! I get it, Saturday afternoon and everyone is charging “emergency” rate. Then, Jeffrey picked up my call and he came by in less than an hour! For starters Jeff gave me a very competitive quote with no hidden fees or extra charges when compared to others in the area. He was able to accommodate to my schedule and came on time. Honest, courteous and friendly. His quality of work is excellent. All work was done in one day and gave me a detail receipt of all work performed. I hired him to replace hardware for my bathroom along with installation of a badet. He did a beautiful job. It looked like a new bathroom. We use next drain cleaning today and they were the best company that I ever used. They used high-tech equipment jetted my main sewer line put a camera inside and showed me exactly what happened. Found Nick's online to help resolve a problem with a sewer line and basement drain that was backing up. Jeff did an excellent job clearing the main sewer line under the basement and out to the street, and he also performed a thorough video camera inspection of the entire line to determine the condition of the pipe and help identify what was causing the backup. It was very easy to schedule a time for him to come out and he arrived exactly on time. His work was very clean as well. Highly recommended.

I called Nick last minute for a garbage disposal removal. He managed to work me into his schedule as I was in a bind. The communication was flawless, job was perfect (he stayed to run water and the dish washer which other plumbers have not) before he left, and just a great guy as well. Jeffrey took my call on Christmas day and came 7:30amon 12/26 to help with my problem mainline drain. It's a tenant (me) landlord scenario where landlord never admits the drain line (from 1955) is faulty and repeatedly clogs. Jeffrey cleared the line, then showed her, with his video camera tool, where the problem in the line was/is. Landlord paid for his services (usually makes me pay) because he showed that it was not because of misuse and explained it will happen again (it had happened in August '19and November '18 before that) if she doesnt repair the line. Jeff is great. I had him install a water spigot on the side of my house and he took care of it with ease. He installed a slop sink in my basement and took care of everything to the 1/8th of an inch. He is also helping me figure out my clogged main drain issue which will involve some work since it is behind finished walls. Given my basement has its plumbing in a tight spot he was able to get through it all. Professional, timely, fair priced and solid communication.

My basement experienced water flooding due to the massive rain we experienced from Tuesday, January 9 , 2024 to Wednesday, January 11, 2024. Based on several great reviews I read online, I called Nick’s Sewage & Drain Cleaning and they called me back right away. Jeff Z. came to look and assess the issue. Jeff replaced my old sump pump and added an additional sump pump to prevent water from coming in the basement. He was professional, communicated what needed to be done as well as alternatives. All were done quickly and effectively over two visits. (He squeezed our first appointment into his schedule on the day we called.) More than just solving our problems, Nick was incredibly informative. He helped us better understand the plumbing of my home (including some insightful theories on where previous owners may have experienced problems based on evidence of prior leaking or the odd placement of a drain valve), and provided suggestions for improving the piping as we plan renovations.
